Service wasn't the best forgot to bring 2 of our orders and when we informed them no one apologised for forgetting, the atmosphere was alright at most, but the lighting was really bad. I mean it's a lounge not a disco so I'm not sure why they insisted on the flashing lights and the really loud music.
It was my first time there and i wasn't a local nor did i speak French but the staff were super nice and accommodating! Ahmed, one of the owners even walked me to my UBER ride ( and it was cold at night) to make sure i was safe and was able to contact my driver, and stayed until my driver arrived.
The food and shisha were good as well but for me, customer service and caring is more important! Will defenitly go there again!
Great place to stay outside looks worn down a bit but the rooms are very clean. Its a typical European sizes room....very small but fits the purpose! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
